Anonymized Analytics Data
Our Service uses our own analytics framework (Sheeplytics), hosted on Cloudflare, to collect aggregated and anonymized metrics. We do not store any personal identifiers such as IP addresses, device IDs, or any other data that can identify an individual. Metrics are grouped according to an ephemeral ID provided by Apple system frameworks, which changes every time the app is re-installed and cannot be used to track the user across installations or devices. The data collected includes broad, non-specific metrics such as:
- The preferred languages of the user (provided by the system)
- The languages enabled within the app
- The number of edits made to the keyboard (without specific details)
- The number of keyboard layouts created (without specific details)
- The set of enabled builtin additional rows (without customized contents)
- The set of enabled builtin function keys (without customized contents)
- Whether onboarding has been completed
- Whether a theme is used (but not which theme)
- Whether full access is enabled
- Other anonymized, aggregated usage patterns for product improvement
Data Not Collected
For privacy and security reasons, our software keyboard does not, and will not, collect or store any of the following:
- Individual keystrokes
- Typed words
- Applied suggestions or auto-corrections
- Personal dictionary data
- Any other private data
Use of Collected Data
The Company uses the collected anonymized data solely for the purpose of monitoring and improving the Service. This includes:
- Enhancing Service Functionality: To analyze usage patterns and improve the overall user experience.
- Product Improvement: To understand how features are used and to implement improvements based on aggregated data.
- Security and Diagnostics: To diagnose and address technical issues.
We do not use the collected data for any marketing or advertising purposes that would identify individual users.
Retention and Transfer of Data
The Company retains collected data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Since the data is anonymized, it is stored in aggregate form and is not linked to any individual. We may transfer data to countries outside of Your jurisdiction; however, such data remains anonymized and subject to appropriate security measures.

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data that You may have provided directly to Us. Please note that anonymized usage data used for analytical purposes cannot be linked back to You and is not subject to deletion requests. To request deletion of any personal data, please contact Us.

The Company may disclose data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- Protect the personal safety of Users of the Service or the public
